Thierry Guetta (1966), also called Mr. Brainwash is known as one of the most talked-about street artists of the 21st century. Born and raised in Paris, but moved to Los Angeles in the 1980s to boost his career. It was his cousin and artist Space Invader who introduced him to the world of street art. From 2000 he was involved in filming street artists like Shepard Fairey, until he grew into an artist himself in the ten years that followed. What started with graffiti art on the street grew into sought-after works at leading trade fairs. He has become known worldwide for the documentary Exit Through the Gift Shop, released in 2010, directed by none other than Banksy, and has now become an indispensable part of the spotlight. The spectacular quality of his first solo exhibitions from 2008 also contributed to the kick-start of his career.

In honor of Muhammad Ali's 78th birthday Mr. Brainwash celebrates him in the ring, mid-action, doing what he does best. This is a original screen-print on archival paper signed and numbered by the Mr. Brainwash with a thumbprint on the back.
