Arterego Art Gallery Return Policy
At Arterego Art Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@arteregogallery.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original product packaging and ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If the item meets the return criteria, we will process the refund, store credit, or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Return Exceptions:
- Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items that have been damaged, altered, or abused cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective.
